Skilled Nursing Services

Each of our Compass Health, Inc. skilled nursing facilities are united in a common purpose, promoting the highest quality of life for all those under our care, as we strive to ensure our patients live life to the fullest, regardless of age or physical challenges.

Admitting to a nursing center can be a difficult time for families and loved ones. Often the event is unexpected, and the family finds itself in the middle of a process that is unfamiliar and frightening. There are anxiety and uncertainty; there are misconceptions and unrealistic expectations. At Compass Health, Inc., we understand and are here to help guide you through this process. Many members of our management team have also been our patients. That is what community-based healthcare should be: neighbors helping neighbors, friends helping friends, and, most importantly, our family helping yours. Please contact the center of your choice directly for more information. We are here to help!

Clinical Team

Our Compass Health care team consists of professionals who specialize in the care of geriatric patients. Our highly specialized staff includes Registered and Licensed Vocational Nurses, Therapists, Registered Dietitians, Social Workers, Activity Coordinators, and our ever-important front line caregivers, licensed Certified Nursing Assistants.

Rehabilitative Services

Our Physical Therapists treat our patients and residents for injuries that limit a person’s ability to move and perform functional activities in the patient’s daily life. Our Physical Therapists work in the recovery process to enable a patient to reach the patient’s highest possible level of functional mobility and independence. Our Physical Therapists also work proactively with patients to prevent the loss of mobility.

Our Occupational Therapists assist people of all ages in regaining their functionality for everyday activities and tasks. Through the therapeutic use of daily activities and tasks, our Occupational Therapists help our patients recover from injury, illness, or disability to enable them to live their lives as independently as possible.

Our Speech-Language Therapists work with patients with strokes, dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other neurological disorders that affect cognition, memory, speech, and swallowing. Treatment goals include improving speech, improving swallowing and chewing, maximizing cognitive language skills, and providing education to family and caregivers to manage ongoing difficulties.
